    • HOW TO ORDER?

      New to MommiesTots? No worries. Here's a step by step guide on how to order our items incase you're lost somewhere.

      1) Navigate around and choose your favourite products.

      Once you're done, look out for 'Cart' and 'Checkout' at the top right hand corner. 

       

      To view your cart, click 'Cart'
      To check out immediately, click 'Checkout'

       

      2) Check your shopping cart and make sure you have selected the correct quantity.

      If there's any amendment, change the desired quantity and click 'Update Subtotal' beside the Checkout button. 

       

       

      If you have any special instructions, you can fill in the box at the page. 

      Once you're done with it, click 'Checkout'.

       

      3) All customers required to Sign up before you can proceed. If you are a new customer to MommiesTots, kindly fill your particulars on the right. 

      If you have already registered, simply login on the left. 

       

      4) If you do not have any addresses keyed into your account, kindly fill it up! We need your particulars to send the items to you!

       

      Once you have key in your address, you won't need to do this step for your returning purchases. 

      If your shipping address is not the same as your billing address, please 'uncheck' the box and fill in accordingly. 


      Click 'Continue to next step' once you're filled them up.

       

      5) You are required to select the desired shipping/delivery method.


      At the moment we only cater for Singapore addressees only. If you are an international customer, please email us at mommiestots@gmail.com for more enquiries. 

      All customers are entitled for FREE normal postage. However, it's not recommended as there is no tracking number for your parcel. MommiesTots is not responsible for any lost of mail if customers choose this delivery method as we can't trace without any tracking number, even at the courier company. 

       

      Registered Postage is highly recommended as there's tracking number for your article. It will be a flat rate of $4 per order.

       

      6) You need to select which payment method for your order (Paypal or Bank Transfer)

       

      For fast transaction and avoid any delays for your order, please select Paypal. You can use Paypal to pay with your credit or debit card even if you do not have any Paypal account. 

      You can still wish to pay by Bank Transfer. 

       

      7.1) If you haven chosen Paypal, it will redirect you to Paypal website if you choose to checkout with Paypal.

       

      7.1.1) You are only required to do this if you do not have any Paypal account. You can pay by Credit Card/ Debit Card of any bank. 

      Simply follow the steps at Paypal to complete the checkout. You will receive an invoice from us at your E-mail inbox.



      7.2) Payment by Bank Transfer

      Please follow the instructions as stated on site once you have checkout. Payment to any of our bank accounts (please refer to 'PAYMENT' section on the next tab for full instructions) and email back the transaction details within 24hours.

      All prices shown are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

      We accept payment through Paypal, credit/debit card payment or bank transfer for customers with Singapore local bank accounts.


      INSTRUCTIONS FOR PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER
      All bank transfers have to be done within 24hours after you have checkout your order.
      MommiesTots has the rights to prioritise your items to other customers if payment is not received within the stipulated time.

      INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

      If you are an international customer (outside of Singapore), please email to mommiestots@gmail.com with your orders and we will weigh out your shipping fees accordingly. We can ship to all countries. 

    • PRODUCTS & ORDERS

      All products are brand new in original package. MommiesTots do not sell any used or pre-loved products. Rest assured that MommiesTots deliver top quality products and we ensure they are in best condition before the item is dispatched for delivery.

      All items are ready stock unless stated. The following example below is a pre-order item.

      All pre-order items will take within 2 weeks to be delivered to you. There is no MOQ (Minimum Order Quantities) to be fulfilled to submit your pre-order unlike spree/mass order. This is an individual pre-order. Your order will process right after you checkout.

      IMPORTANT NOTICE FOR PRE-ORDER

      There is no refund or cancellation of pre-order after checkout and payment is made.
      Should there be any delays due to supplier orders, shipment delays due to weather, holiday peak seasons or article held at customs, MommiesTots will inform customers when there is any updates.

       

      HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS ACCEPTED? 

      An e-mail confirmation will be send to the address which you have provided during checkout. If you have not receive confirmation email, please check your Junk Mail folder. Most system generated mails tend to be directed there.

      If you still have not receive any invoice, please contact us.

    •  DELIVERY
      1. How long does it take to receive my goods?
       
      Processing time is between 1-3 business days for us to pack and ship out your order. We’ll email you a delivery slip within 3 days after payment is made.
       
      Estimated shipping duration as follows (after payment has been made):
      For local Singapore mail via Singpost: 3-5 Business days
      For Asia Pacific Region (via Speedpost): 11-15 Business days

      For International Orders (United States, Europe, Middle East, via Speedpost): 15-25 Business days

       

      Normal Mail by Singapore Post - 
No tracking number and unreliable


       

      We will not be responsible for missing items for normal postage as we are not able to track package after shipped out.

       

      Registered Mail by Singapore Post (HIGHLY RECOMMENDED)
 - Tracking number will be provided

    • 3. How much is shipping?

    • Exact charges will be calculated during checkout process. 

      But don't worry, we make shipping easy and fuss free to get these goodies to you faster. 

      We offer free local normal postage for all items (without tracking).

      Local customers can opt for registered postage with a top-up fee of S$3 for packages up to 2KG. 

    • RETURNS & REFUNDS

      Can I return products that I purchased?
       
      Yes but only if there is a dispute in delivery (i.e. wrong color/size or defective product)
       
      Customers are advised to email photos of damaged merchandise within 24 hours of receiving the merchandise for immediate assistance.
       
      Merchandise is to be returned to e.t.c within 3 working days under insured mail after an agreement has been made between MommiesTots and customer. Customers are STRONGLY advised to email us before sending the merchandise to MommiesTots for confirmation. 
      All customers are entitled for FREE normal postage. However, it's not recommended as there is no tracking number for your parcel. MommiesTots is not responsible for any lost of mail if customers choose this delivery method as we can't trace without any tracking number, even at the courier company. No refund will be made. We strongly recommend our valued customers to choose the registered mail as as your shipment method.
